Almost two years since Richard Gutierrez proposed to Sarah Lahbati on a dreamy Switzerland vacation, Sarah revealed on Instagram that the two are finally starting their wedding preparations!

“As we officially prepare for our wedding next year, I can’t help but feel grateful for this life I have, for my beautiful and amazing family, for my best friend who also happens to be the love of my life,” Sarah shared on her post with Richard and their son Zion in Hawaii.
“I thank God for all the lessons, for His guidance and for growth. Being able to experience new things and places with the person you love and grow at the same time is something magical. I thank God everyday for what I have and for what’s to come,” she added.

The couple shares two children: one-year-old Kai and six-year-old Zion. They have been engaged since August 2017. Watch the video of their engagement below!
