The filling is made of real ground salted duck eggs and not just salted egg powder so you’ll really get the full flavor of salted egg every time.

This is actually Jim’s Recipe’s first new sponge cake flavor in three years after their Chocolate Sponge Cake back in 2019 so don’t miss out on being one of the first to taste it!
