Who could ever forget ‘Jopay’, ‘Bakit Part 2’, and ‘Tayo Na Lang Dalawa’? Feels right? These songs were composed and delivered by the OPM alternative rock band Mayonnaise, who just celebrated 15 years of music last November 11, 2017 at Social House in Circuit Makati. Despite the many changes of their band members, they still continue to create more music for their fans. The band is composed of the original members Monty Macalino and Shan Regalado with Carlo Servano, Maan Furio and Nikki Tirona, who joined the band in 2013 and 2014 respectively.
The venue was filled with a lot of fans that rocked out to the feels trip. Aside from the fans, other television and popular personalities were also present, including Joyce Pring, Champ Lui Pio, and Sharlene San Pedro.
The show’s front act was the band ‘Loop’, who performed original songs.

The 2-hour show was filled with non-stop rock out feels and a little bit of trivia on how they came up with some of the songs that they made.
We also saw Sharlene San Pedro on stage singing the band’s song ‘Paraan’ and Kim Trinidad of Loop for their collaboration of the song ‘Hopeless’. We also saw action from the original bassist Martin Rebong performing the song ‘Bakit Part 1’.

Lead vocals Macalino later announced that they are currently working on an album and performed some of their new songs. That just means that we will be expecting and hearing more of Mayonnaise’s music in the near future.

The crowd got hyped up as Mayonnaise ended the show with their popular hit ‘Jopay’ followed by their cover of the song ‘Laklak’.
The show ended with a round of applause from the crowd.ย Congratulations to Mayonnaise for their wonderful 15 years of music. We look forward to more great years and music to come from the band.
