The place is divided into three main stations: Western, Chinese and Japanese, but really the choices are endless! Not confined to these cuisines, you can get as creative with your meal as you’d like to be. Market Cafe’s world-class, highly-trained chefs are ready to make them for you. You like it Filipino style? Thai sauce? No veggies? No problem! They’ll make it happen according to your liking.
Chef Arianne’s smile says it all: they’re genuinely delighted to serve you.
Being the veggie lover that I am, I wished for a pizza that was 50% Margherita, 50% All Veggie. I was also given the option to choose different flavors, but I opted to stick with my original choice.

Happily cooking in their respective stations, the bonafide chefs of Market Cafe are easy to engage in a conversation with. Accommodating and approachable, they would delightedly talk about your chosen dish. The interaction could actually turn out to be a meaningful learning experience.
One noodle soup, coming up!
WIM Photographer Charlie couldn’t quite decide which type of noodles he wanted in his soup: plain or spinach flavored? “We can put both if you please,” Chef suggested, smiling. He also added fish cakes, meat balls and some leafy greens to complete his meal.
Charlie emptied his bowl of noodle soup in a matter seconds. Yes, it was THAT good.
This is customer-centeredness at its finest: they create your meal with you and for you. Once you come up to a particular station, the chef will ask you what you want without you having to initiate the talking. You are given the freedom to choose among the available ingredients to come up with unlimited food combinations. If you end up being indecisive or confused, the chefs would be more than willing to assist you by giving suggestions on what would taste best. Don’t forget to return the friendly favor by saying thanks or giving them a warm smile!
You know you can trust this guy to give you the best steak there is just by the way he looks and cooks.
And we were right: the steak was indeed grilled to perfection.
Despite feeling a bit full already, Charlie put in extra effort to make space just to devour this oh so delicious strip loin. Sumptuously tender, it felt like heaven in his mouth. He could almost hear the angels sing as he chewed these pieces of meat.
