After being married for 11 years, former beauty queen Maggie Wilson is separating from her husband, businessman Victor Consunji.
Maggie announced their divorce to friends and followers in an Instagram post on Monday, September 27, wherein she explained that it was a difficult decision for them to make.
“We want you to hear it from us directly. Vic and I have made the difficult decision a while back to separate. It’s been challenging to say the least, but we want you to know that there is no animosity between us,” she wrote in her post.
“We will always love and support each other no matter what. We will always be family as we share our beautiful son, Connor, together. We have remained really good friends and partners and will continue to do so. Both of us want nothing more than for each other to be happy.”
“We’d like to ask for your kindness, understanding, love, and support as we navigate this new chapter in our lives,” she ended.

Maggie, who was crowned Binibining Pilipinas World 2007, married Victor, who owns construction company Victor Consunji Incorporated, in 2010. They share one child, 9-year-old Connor.
