Ideally, yoga is essential for pregnant women especially, during pre-natal classes. However, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), this could be dangerous if the person has difficulty balancing. On the other hand, it has been proven effective to reach an optimal birthing position.
As explained by Judy Ann herself, she isn’t the first pregnant woman to do such. In fact, she event shared a photo of another mom doing a headstand through her Instagram account. Ultimately, she did this to let her fans know that she is fine and it’s totally safe.
Para po sa mga nag tatanong at nag aalala.. Hindi bago sa buntis ang pag heheadstand. ???? it is totally safe most specially kung suhi ang baby. The pose alone allows the baby to move to its proper position.
