I must admit, the first time I tasted Deli by Chele’s Pastrami sandwiches, I thought it would be great with rice. Lo and behold, they just launched their new pastrami fried rice. And it is more than I could ever imagine.

Their soft and perfectly cooked rice is infused with the savory drippings of brined, cured, and smoked pastrami. There are even little bits of pastrami hiding under the delectable rice. It is then topped with super tender NY Style Brisket Pastrami and a sunny-side-up egg.

It is best to pair with their mango tango iced tea and their cheesecake bibingka to finish the meal.
