JM de Guzman seems to be welcoming a new phase in his life as he showed off to fans and friends a new tattoo he just got.
Located on his left shoulder, the new ink, done by tattoo artist Rod Santos, depicted a black phoenix with a red circle in the background. JM didn’t say anything about it, only revealing that it had taken eight hours to complete.

In the caption, he simply said: “Rebirth.”
He also used the hashtag “#endthestigma.”
JM has been opening himself up to netizens lately regarding his mental health, sharing stories about how he’s been coping with panic attacks and how he overcame his addiction to drugs.
“Somehow [I’m] learning to cope with it and just hoping others might relate and to let you know you’re not alone,” he said in a post last year which featured a video of him dealing with a panic attack at 4 in the morning.
He currently stars in the television series “Init Sa Magdamag.”
