The kingdom of Encantadia just came to life in the heart of Tondo! On June 10, 2026, the Project PEARLS community center in Helping Land became a place of pure magic as GoodZone hit a major milestone in its 90-day feeding program. In a heartwarming surprise that had the whole community cheering, 200 children fighting malnutrition were treated to a real-life visit from Lira and Agnem, the beloved characters from GMA’s Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre. Alongside the DigiPlus Foundation, GoodZone turned a routine health assessment into an unforgettable “Weigh-In Party” filled with love, laughter, and hope.

The magic began a month earlier during GoodZone’s initial health assessment. In between being measured, the vibrant Tondo children were spotted joyfully re-enacting scenes from Encantadia.
The GoodZone team caught the moment on camera and shared it with Mikoy Morales (Agnem). Deeply moved, Mikoy immediately reached out to co-star Mikee Quintos (Lira) with one mission: they had to thank these kids in person. On June 10, they did exactly that.
Mikee and Mikoy stepped into their roles as real-life GoodZone Champs, staying all day to serve meals, cheer on the kids during nutrition activities, and hand out gifts.
The emotional peak was the Weigh-In Celebration, led by licensed nutritionist-dietitian Coach Joanne Cruz-Baill, RND. One by one, each child’s name was called and their weight progress was announced. The room erupted in cheers because in GoodZone, every gram gained is a victory worth celebrating.
Children with the most significant health improvements received certificates of recognition. Plus, every single child went home with essential items that mean the world to families in Helping Land like Nutritional food packs, School supplies and A brand-new pair of slippers.
“Today was our way of saying — we see you. We are proud of you. And we are not stopping,” said the GoodZone team.
Four weeks into the program, the anxiety of wondering if a child will eat has been replaced by relief. While there is still a long way to go, GoodZone, DigiPlus Foundation, and Project PEARLS proved that when we show up for our children, we give them the ultimate power: the chance to grow up strong, healthy, and loved.
