When in Manila, its never too late to become a scuba diver.
When we were little me and my friends talk about what we all wanted to be when we grew up. I told them I wanted to become an astronaut! Even though this was more of a manly profession, nothing stopped me from imagining all the crazy things I could do in outer space until I realized that this dream was far from becoming a reality since the Philippines had no space station of its own and that I had to go to NASA to become one. bummer…
Now that I’m older, I realized that the closest thing to becoming an astronaut is to be a scuba diver. Nothing beats that “zero gravity” experience that you get underwater which pretty much equates to floating in outer space. And aside from this, you also get to see all the beautiful sea creatures you only used to see on television.
Honestly, to tell you the truth, I’m no scuba diver, but I’m planning to be one! So why not join me and attend the free, yes you read that right FREE NAUI scuba diver course orientation conducted by Dennis Catienza, one of the best technical diving instructors in the country. The orientation will be really helpful for those who plan to take a scuba diving course and will tackle things about the course that future divers need to know before taking the plunge.
