My love for Filipino cuisine has absolutely been raised to new heights after tasting one after another of their creations. I kid you not when I say their buffet offerings are worth a serious hankering! I feel so happy and grateful that I got to enjoy my dinner with awesome company to match.
From familiar favorites to surprisingly new ones, every bite is a culinary experience worth the experience. Though of on a limited time only, this Filipino buffet definitely deserves a spot on my favorites list!

Selections of seafood were a feast to my eyes feast! From shrimps, crabs, oysters, clams and more.. I had gone to seafood heaven!
The Diamond Hotel Manila is well-known for their wonderful desserts. I definitely didn’t waste my chance to try them all out!
And YES, they did not fail to satisfy my sweet-tooth cravings! Their dessert bar is an awesome treat one must not miss!!
