Meet the Filipina Queens Turning Heads at the MGI All Stars Opening Ceremony

Filipino pageant fans are beaming with pride after the Philippines captured everyone’s attention at the MGI All Stars opening ceremony in Thailand.

Hosted by CJ Opiaza, the country’s first Miss Grand International titleholder, the event introduced 56 official candidates representing 38 countries.

During the competition, all candidates appeared in swimsuits, where they walked one by one and in sets of five. Among them, the country’s very own representatives made sure to leave a lasting impression and delighted fans with their captivating stage presence.

With more than 50 candidates, five Filipina queens proudly raised our flags:

Gazini Ganados

Gazini Ganados showed everyone that she owned the runway as she strutted with confidence, command, and grace.

She was previously crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2019, where she represented the Miss Universe 2019 pageant and finished as a Top 20 semifinalist. During her stint, she won the Best National Costume award.

Imelda Schweighart

Imelda Schweighhart made sure to not only walk the runway but also serve while doing so.

She is a Filipino-German beauty queen who won Miss Philippines Earth 2016.

Fuschia Ravena

Fuschia Ravena owned the spotlight with her dazzling looks and undeniable charm.

She is a businesswoman and a Miss International Queen 2022 titleholder.

Alexia Nuñez

Alexia Nuñez made sure that her MGI All Stars debut would be one to be remembered.

She is a Filipino-Brazilian beauty queen who once took part in the hit action series “Batang Quiapo.”

Keylyn Trajano

Keylyn Trajano mothered the competition and made it look so easy.

She is well known as the first Filipina transgender woman to be appointed as the first Universal Woman Arabia 2025.

The winner of the “Grand Final” will receive $100,000. However, there is also a chance for the winner to increase her prize and take home $1 million if she successfully defends her title for two more consecutive seasons.

The first round of preliminary competition (swimsuit round) happens on May 27, while the second round (evening gown and “bare face”) will take place on May 28. Finally, the coronation night will be on May 30.
