2.) Shift Notes

Filed

 655 pesos

The disc binding system of the Shiftnotes enables you to shift pages anywhere, anytime, for complete freedom and creativity in note-taking. It comes with three types of papers, kept secure with a garter strap.

It has binder discs (the papers are refillable!) , a garter system lock to keep all your papers in place, and it’s made with quality leatherette. It also caters to the different demands of your subjects, because it has three kinds of sheets:

ShiftNotes3

 1.) 20 dot grid sheets

ShiftNotes5

2.) 20 blank sheets

ShiftNotes6

3.) 20 lined sheets

Aside from the papers themselves, I like the pockets on the cover. I store my cards, post-its and small notes there. It really comes in handy, especially since school is about to start next week, and I’m preparing for the things I need to bring. (Like the walang-kamatayang 1×1 ID photos. :>) I used to always lose them and would have to go to a shop and have my photos taken again. Hopefully, not anymore!

This is a video of how you could use your Shift Notes:

Instead of lining up your pens in the garter, you could opt to put them all in the detachable case. But since I usually have to bring scissors, stapler, puncher, post-its, USBs, and other school supplies to school, I decided to store those in that case. They all fit when I closed the Pen Roller. It’s really convenient and colorful! Most of all, my school supplies became much easier to find.

This video features the many uses of the Pen Roller:

Overall, these are three reasons why I’m a Filed user, and why I recommend it to others:

1.) It allows you to have your own efficient way of organizing.

The products of Filed are designed in such a way that you could use it in so many ways. The user could have his own system of organizing his things.

2.) It’s stylish!

Their products come in eight eye-popping colors: Electric Blue, Flamin’ Red, Royal Purple, Magma Orange, Hot Pink, Sunburst Yellow, Midnight Black, and Funky Green. They look sleek and classy, too.

3.) The team behind Filed is innovative.

Filed was founded back in 2007. Now, their team of seven have achieved so many great feats for Filed! Filed now has 10 different products sold in major bookstores across the country. One of their famous products in their planner.

But as a student and as a Filed user, it amazes me how they continue to be innovative through the years. They come up with products that are so helpful, it feels like having them is a #lifehack.

I also like how inspiring their campaigns are over social media! They’re applicable for students, because they get top-notch students to share bits and pieces of their lives.

They even have an official theme song!

When in Manila, allow Filed to help you organize in style. I was starting to dread the resumption of classes already, but I got excited when I got these new Filed products. More than their super cute designs, there’s another reason why these products got me excited!

While there are a lot of things we can’t control such as the natural tendency for things to become disorganized, or the inevitable hectic days in school, we do control how we respond to them. In something as uncertain as a new school year, it really excites me to be armed with a more efficient and personalized system of getting things done. Here’s to becoming an organized, stylish, and innovative go-getter!
