Penne in Prawn-Mascarpone Sauce

It has of course pasta with mascarpone sauce, prawns and zucchini. I think this will be a great treat for some white-sauce-based pasta lovers too.

 

MAIN COURSE

For the primary dish we tried two of the usual offerings, the Fillet Mignon which is my favourite and the Chicken Roulade.

Fillet Mignon 

Steak cut of beef with wild mushroom cream served with Mascarpone mashed potato, marinated tomatoes and garlic

 

Chicken Roulade 

Chicken fillet rolled with grilled radicchio, goat cheese and mushroom topped in Roasted Tomato Risotto with French beans  and drizzled with balsamic vinegar

 

DESSERTS

Cioccolato

Chocolate cake topped with nuts and paired with tiny milkshake. Perfect Combination!

 

Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake with strawberry and cream on the side

This dessert is a treat for my forever affection for cheesecakes and hazelnut. I also love how it was presented. Yay!
