Napoleon’s Karaage is one of our favorite go-to meals because they are super easy and convenient to prepare yet taste oh-so-delicious. If you aren’t exactly well-versed in the kitchen but want to surprise your mom by whipping up something delicious, you may want to consider surprising her with Napoleon’s Karaage. Their karaage is so delicious that she won’t have any idea it was so easy to prepare.

Aside from their Original chicken and bangus flavors, which we’ve featured before, Napoleon’s Karaage has also introduced new flavors called Chizu and Sumoki. Chizu is a Japanese term for cheese and would be perfect for any cheese-loving mom.

Sumoki, on the other hand, has a hint of spicy and meat flavors, in case she is a lover of spicy food. It was honestly too hard to decide which one we liked better because we love both cheese and spicy food; so if your mom is the same, we’d recommend getting both. The more, the merrier, right?

Aby Mance only learned how to bake last year during the ECQ period. “I never intended to turn it into a business,” she shares. “I just wanted to learn to bake my family’s favorite desserts.” She first learned how to make brownies with their toaster oven at home and started selling them to some of their neighbors and friends. From there, she got referrals and recommendations and as she slowly learned more about baking, she continued to add more items to the menu. Juno Rosales, a hands-on mother of four, used to fly between Los Angeles and Manila pre-pandemic.
