The stand-outs for me were the Duck Fat Fries, Cheeseburger Fondue and the Squash Cappuccino Soup

Tuna Salad Nicoise – Seared tuna, croquettes, olives, cherry tomatoes, balsamic caviar, vinaigrette

French Onion Soup – Caramelized onion, beef broth, croutons, gruyere, mozzarella

Cheeseburger Fondue – US beef patty, mornay, brioche, side greens, BLT

Truffled 3 – Cheese Mac and Cheese – gruyere, mozzarella, parmesan, bechamel, macaroni, shitake mushrooms

But when it comes down to it, it was really all about the coffee! We highly recommend this place if you want to experience a really good cup of coffee or to learn more about the art of Third Wave Coffees!
