Cocina Juan a Hole-In-the-Wall Surprise along Maginhawa St. in Quezon City
Â
WhenInManila, It is nice to try some of the hole-in-the-wall restaurants mushroomed along Maginhawa St. in Quezon City, and one of the eating place there that is taking a buzz for a couple of years now is Cocina Juan.
Â
Â
Cocina Juan does not offer a so-Filipino dish as it may sound, rather their dishes are more like a fusion of Mexican-American and some Nicaraguan inspiration, as one of the owners of the restaurant Mr. Tom Adviento took some idea in Nicaragua when he was working there.Â
Their food offerings will definitely satisfy anyone’s palette and will treat you for some visual feast. This is what I was able to love about Cocina Juan, more than the taste that is definitely pleasing, they also made sure that their dishes are appetizing as if you are eating in a fine-dining restaurant.Â
So let’s munch in!
