Cebu Pacific Assists Offloaded Passengers with Rebooking or Travel Fund

Your travel plans may not go according to plan but Cebu Pacific assures that offloaded passengers will be assisted.

Since there are many stories online of offloaded passengers in immigration, many are wondering what their next steps are when this happens.

In a Media Conference with Cebu Pacific last March 13, Marketing Director Michelle de Guzman said that offloaded passengers may be able to rebook their flights within 30 days or opt to get travel funds.

Cebu Pacific recently renewed their partnership with Singapore Tourism Board to encourage more Filipinos to travel. Along with this partnership, they have announced their exclusive Singapore Seat Sale for as low as Php499. The Singapore Tourism Board also announced that travelers will be able to book a free activity through the Singaporewards program.
