On May 8, Vine Café Lounge finally reopened its doors, allowing guests to enjoy a slow and meaningful afternoon trying out some of their delicious food and drinks and meeting new people while handpicking fresh and beautiful flowers that will add a pop of color and personality into your home.
“At Vine Café Lounge, we believe that offering premium coffee is not enough,” said Jem Tinsay, founder of Vine Café Lounge. “We are honored to share this space with our community once again, and we can’t wait to brew new memories with every guest who becomes part of our growing community.”
To celebrate the special milestone, Vine Café Lounge unveiled its new Bouquet & Brew Workshops in collaboration with Boxed Blossoms. With this, guests can experience crafting their floral arrangements while enjoying a cup of coffee or bonding with their friends and loved ones.

Held every weekend starting May 10, this captivating experience will allow guests to spend their time in a more creative and purposeful manner while basking in the cafe’s chic and sophisticated interiors.
We were lucky enough to experience this firsthand! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a captivating and well-lit atmosphere and an array of fresh flowers, setting the tone for a delightful afternoon.
We indulged in the fun of handpicking our flowers, which were then thoughtfully and beautifully arranged by a skilled florist, adding a personal and creative touch to the entire experience. Why wait to receive a bouquet when you can create it your own?
Afterwards, we had the chance to try some of their dishes. We started with the appetizer—a refreshing Tuna Tataki made heartier with an organic butter toast block, egg crumble, and topped with ponzu glaze and wasabi tobiko.

We also loved their Cornish Hen Karaage, served with vegetable chahan, adlai, roasted French beans, and homemade furikake. Another standout was the Torched Salmon Teriyaki, featuring a flavorful and mouthwatering salmon fillet paired with homemade teriyaki sauce, garlic buttered tri-color quinoa, grilled vegetables, wakame, and a sprinkle of sesame dust.
These dishes, though served in generous portions, didn’t make us feel guilty! They were surprisingly light, satisfying, and healthy too.
Apart from the meals, we were also introduced to some of their well-curated selections of unique beverages and handcrafted specialty drinks, which included the Shakarato and Coconut Cream Latte. For this, we personally tried the Tea Berry Spritz, which is made with cold-brew tea with strawberry puree and sparkling water. This refreshing drink is perfect for the summer!

They also served cocktails such as the Noir Dalia—a straightforward gin-based drink infused with peach and dalandan; the Fleur Dust—a fizzy vodka-based cocktail with passionfruit; and Athena’s Kiss—a creamy rum-based cocktail made with coconut rum and a hint of fleur de sureau.
Following a satisfying dining experience, guests also had the opportunity to craft their candles, which they can take home as a keepsake or a special gift for a loved one.
However, the fun is far from over! Starting May 10, guests will be able to boost their creativity and enjoy a restful stay at the café through limited-time offers, including:
- Bask in Bloom Brunch: Receive a complimentary floral cocktail with any brunch main dish, available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM.
