This holiday season, the restaurant introduces the Ube Egg Tart, available at its SM Podium and Belamy House branches until December 2026.
The Ube Egg Tart features a layer of ube halaya between the creamy egg custard and signature flaky crust, topped with toasted ube crumbs. Made with natural ube, it brings a subtle, mellow flavor that complements the rich custard, giving the classic pastry a seasonal twist just in time for Christmas.
The Ube Egg Tart is available for ₱90 per piece or ₱500 per box of six. Customers can also enjoy an assorted box of six, featuring three original Egg Tarts and three Ube Egg Tarts, for ₱480.
