The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a Singapore-headquartered global hospitality company wholly owned by CapitaLand Investment (CLI), won three accolades at the World Travel Awards 2026 in the Philippine market.

Its flagship namesake brand, Ascott, which embodies the Art of Living through refined residences, fine art, and curated experiences, was named the Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartment Brand for the 10th consecutive year.
Two properties in the Philippines were also honored: Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila was named Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartment for the fourth time, and Ascott Makati was named Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartment for the seventh time.
Ascott received the awards at the Asia, Oceania & Indian Ocean Gala Ceremony on September 27, 2026, in the Maldives. At the same event, Ascott was crowned Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand for the 11th consecutive year, cementing its position as a leader in serviced apartments and extended stay accommodation.
Established in 1993, the World Travel Awards honors excellence across all sectors of travel, tourism, and hospitality, with industry professionals and consumers worldwide determining the winners.
