The van pulled over and our guide open the doors, directing us to the steep climb towards the viewing deck of the world-famous landmark in Bohol. After buckets of sweat and sun tan, I found myself finally face to face with the panoramic view of the Chocolate Hills. It was breathtaking. I took a few snaps and selfies and told myself that it was the beginning of an awesome weekend ahead. We drove around Bohol to check out a few other famed tourist spots before finally heading towards our sweet home for the next 5 days, Bluewater Panglao.

Bluewater Panglao is located in Sitio Daorong, Danao, which is just a quick 10-min drive from the bustling stretch of Alona beach. Alona is known for its dynamic vibe and is frequented by equally energetic and nocturnal young bloods who are looking to have a good time.
