On Instagram, TV5 shared a glimpse of the beloved show’s script.

The Instagram post was met with overflowing love and support from the fans.
“[I] can’t wait for season 2… excited for Ashtine’s acting on painful scenes,” one fan wrote.
Meanwhile, another social media user commented: “Yesss please make it as sooon as possible we [are] all dying to see season 2.”
The news of the youth series getting a second season was announced during their sold-out, two-day fan meet and greet show at the New Frontier Theater. The second season promises to reveal bigger secrets and mysteries, heartbreaking betrayals, and a new set of characters.

The official release date for the second season has yet to be announced.
“Ang Mutya ng Section E” is a popular youth-oriented show headlined by Ashtine Olviga, Andres Muhlach, and Rabin Angeles. The digital series is based on the Wattpad story of the same title by Filipino author Lara Flores (Eatmore2behappy).
