The attendees enjoyed free workshops, such as coconut wine painting and pottery making.
International headliners, popular OPM bands, and Waray artists were able to share their talents, as well.
This would not have been possible if it weren’t for the following: Tourism Promotions Board, For The Love Of Leyte Music And Arts Festival, The Philippine Foundation, Leyteno Merchants, and all the way from United Kingdom, The One Love Festival (UK). It was truly a one-of-a-kind musical experience that championed sustainable tourism and development.
There’s more good news, as well, as all of the proceeds will be used to rebuild the arts, culture and tourism sector of Leyte. Hopefully, the festival that served as the rebirth of Leyte, will be held annually at Ginsiyaman.
Still not over the last one, yet I already can’t wait for the next!
