Two more drag queens with Filipino blood are entering the Werk Room of Canada’s Drag Race.
Kiki Coe and Melinda Verga are set to compete in the Canadian edition of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
They follow Kyne from season one, Stephanie Prince from season two, and Kimmy Couture from season three.
Kiki Coe is described as an accomplished designer known for her “famously elaborate and truly unforgettable” costumes, some of which have been worn by previous contestants of Canada’s Drag Race. Outside of drag, Kiki is a chef who has joined several cooking competitions, including Chopped Canada.

Her quote is, “My drag is rich. It’s seasoned. It’s strong. There could be a whole tsunami and my headpiece would stay on.”
Melinda Verga, meanwhile, started performing in drag when she was 37 years old. She has won titles such as Mz. Gay Edmonton 2017 and Edmonton Drag Idol 2018.
She is said to be “passionate about mentoring young queens in the Edmonton drag scene and has produced shows highlighting Filipino and Asian cultures and underrepresented performers.”

Her quote is, “This season I am bringing 44 years of life experiences, lessons, wisdom โ oh, and ass!”

They will compete against nine other contestants this season. Former RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant Brooke Lynn Hytes returns as the show’s host, and she will be joined byย Brad Goreski and Traci Melchor as panelists.
This season of Canada’s Drag Raceย will be available for streaming starting November 16, 2023, on WOW Presents Plus.
