Known for serving some of the best steaks around the globe, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener has been appraised as a prominent steakhouse making its mark with branches across the United States, Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong Singapore and the Philippines.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse first opened its doors to Filipinos at Newport Mall, Resorts World Manila which was soon followed by its opening at The Podium in Ortigas. After two locations in two years, this premiere establishment has found its new home in the hustling and bustling center of Taguig. Now on its third location in the Philippines, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse opened its doors to the public last December 2018 at Bonifacio Global City.
President of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, Peter Zwiener, shares his vision for this location: “BGC is a great city with a great weekday and weekend crowd. It is a beautiful, vibrant, and cosmopolitan area of Manila.” Zwiener also talked about his desire to share this culinary experience with Filipinos, and give light to being the premiere steakhouse not only in Manila, but in the entire Philippines.

Shrimp and Lobster
So, what makes this steakhouse so special? Well, if it isn’t obvious enough, it’s their steak! Wolfgang’s Steakhouse specializes in this process of preparing their steaks by means of “dry aging” where the steak is placed in an aging room for 28 days. “Wolfgang’s steak is prepared purely by dry aging where this process makes the steak juicier and giving it tenderness where it gives the beef an intense flavour profile”, Zwiener shares.

Zwiener also shares, “All our dishes are Instagramable due to the beauty, abundance and size of our dishes – from the sizzling Porterhouse to the seafood platters, the thick slab of bacon to our salads, especially the Wolfgang’s Salad or Beverly Hills Chopped Salad, as well as the scrumptious and decadent desserts including our homemade New York-Style Cheesecake or Apple Strudel A La Mode”.
