5. Spinach and Artichoke Dip
I tried this on some toasted Baguettini, and it was wonderful! Artichoke isn’t really readily available in the common markets in Manila, so Whisk did a great job in making this accessible for everybody. A light, creamy, and refreshing spread that goes well with practically any kind of bread or chips. I heard that they can be used in making pasta sauce, as well. Interesting.
4. Roasted Garlic Jam
Yes, I know. I sense the skepticism from people when they hear about mixing garlic and jam. But hey, it was surprisingly good! Paired with crackers, some Camembert cheese, and Whisk’s very own heavenly Candied Walnuts, the garlic flavor totally nailed it. Even the aroma in itself was mouthwatering! This flavorful concoction is something I can imagine matching with grilled meat and tasty, Oriental dishes.
