Wave Asian Bistro and Sushi, a restaurant in Mount Dora, Florida specializing in Asian fusion cuisine, created this extraordinary dish to add to its already peculiar menu of sushi everything—sushi hotdog, sushi tacos, and even sushi pizza.

But before you sound the alarms, it’s not really real milk the fresh sushi rolls are swimming in. According to the World of Buzz, it’s actually made from the restaurant’s savory “signature white sauce and eel sauce.”
