In the sequel, Noah is off to college at Harvard while Elle returns to high school for her senior year.
The Kissing Booth and its sequel are based on Beth Reekle’s books of the same name. The first book was adapted into a film by Netflix in 2018. It was not reviewed well by critics, but Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos described it as “one of the most-watched movies in the country, and maybe in the world.”
The Kissing Booth 2 will be available for streaming on Netflix on July 24, 2020.
