It looks like history is repeating itself. Back in 1978, a 12 year old Sharon Cuneta endeared herself to Filipinos when she sang the Rey Valera hit “Mr. DJ.” After 38 years, it’s her daughter Frankie Pangilinan who’s charming everyone with a cover.
Frankie sang the song during the weekend at Eat Bulaga!, and was recorded by her father, Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan.
