As of Monday, June 8, Instagram has finally rolled out a feature that allows users to rearrange their profile grids however they please. This much-awaited update lets you reorder photos and videos based on your personal preference, unlike before, when posts appeared strictly in chronological order.

“We know this is long overdue, but we wanted to take the time to get it right,” Meta told USA TODAY in an article.

Prior to this update, users could only “reorder” or curate their posts using the pin feature. With this option, they could pin up to three posts of their choice at the top of their grid.

But now, users can simply click, drag, and rearrange posts with ease. It doesn’t matter if a post was uploaded yesterday, a month ago, or even a decade ago—you can now organize your grid exactly how you want it.

The best part? There is no limit to how many times you can rearrange your posts. Users can take their time to reorder their feed!

However, this new feature is only available on the mobile app, which can be accessible on your phones and tablets.
