As I’ve said in a previous post, basketball players love having fun on the court. One example of this is the San Miguel Beermen doing zumba in their practices. The dance-off before the All-Star game between the Gilas pool and the PBA Mindanao selection team is another.
It has become a tradition in the PBA All-Star Game to have a dance-off between the opposing squads to delight and entertain the crowd. And since the league implemented a special format this year, the national pool were facing off against PBA All-Stars hailing from the Mindanao region.
There were props, solo performances and dance showdowns between players. The whole sequence was funny and amusing!

Eventually, the game ended in a draw, 114-all. It was the second time in five years the All-Star exhibition game came to a draw.
