Premier theater company 9 Works Theatrical is thrilled to announce that it will produce and stage the highly anticipated Philippine debut of Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical.

The spectacular stage adaptation of the globally beloved animated film will enchant audiences at the state-of-the-art Proscenium Theater in Rockwell, Makati, for a strictly limited engagement in April 2027.
Based on the 2013 Academy Award-winning animated feature film, Disney’s Frozen features music and lyrics by Filipino-American two-time EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony) winner Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, and a book by Jennifer Lee.

The musical features a dozen new songs written exclusively for the stage, alongside beloved classics like “For the First Time in Forever,” “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?,” and the global phenomenon, “Let It Go.”

The last time a Disney Theatricals musical was staged in Manila was Disney’s Newsies in 2017, which was also produced by 9 Works Theatrical.
