Dra. Vicki Belo surprised young actress Francine Diaz on her 18th birthday by transforming her home into the casita from Disney film “Encanto,” complete with real flowers and a beautiful tiered cake!
The celebrity doctor took to Instagram to share a dance video she did with Francine at the beautiful set-up by events planner La Belle Fête. “Aquarius season with my fellow birthday girl @francinesdiaz,” she wrote in the caption.

Her daughter, Scarlet, also posted a picture with Francine, dressed in matching floral dresses and headpieces. “We turned our house into Casita Belo (like the one in the movie Encanto) for Ate @francinesdiaz birthday. Watch out for Mommy’s YouTube vlog! @labellefete you guys did magic turning our house into a living flower house!” she said.
Francine turned 18 years old last January 27 and had her stunning pre-debut shoot in Bataan.
