Kapamilya star Vice Ganda surprised viewers by making an abrupt exit from the It’s Showtime stage during its opening number this Saturday.
Clips of the opening number depict Vice becoming visibly upset as the theme song is played. Vice appears to be emotional and having difficulty with the performance. Eventually, he leaves the stage mid-number.
ABS-CBN explains the show of emotion as Vice feeling heavy due to Congress denying the media giant’s franchise renewal.
