We then mingled with fellow wizards, witches and Muggles from different houses and schools (Fleur Delacour and Victor Krum were there, people!) and instilled International Magical Cooperation aka having fun and making new friends. 🙂
The games started with a game of ‘Muggle Quidditch’ with Keepers at their hoops, Chasers trying to shoot the Quaffle through the hoops and Beaters trying to shoot the Quaffle by bouncing it through the hoop. The entire team also had to do all of that BEFORE the Seeker could catch the Snitch.
JC’s team won the Quidditch World Cup Finals. Incidentally, this seeker looks quite a lot like Harry.. Hmmm…
After that, duels were held and it was a game of wits and reflexes with players having to utter the correct spell before answering a few facts and trivia about what happened in The Goblet of Fire.
Many more magical games were held and I really, really tried to raise the banner for When In Manila and win the Triwizard Tournament, but unfortunately, I lost at the 2nd to the last game.. T_T The ultimate winner of the Triwizard Tournament was from Gryffindor: John Laurence Domingo. Congrats!
We got to relive every facet of The Goblet of Fire… except for the Yule Ball. However, you should all save the date because Portkey Events is arranging it now! It’s all happening in December 2016.
Portkey Events is also available to arrange magical parties for us Muggles, be it for your birthday or any other special event that you may have in mind. They’re just a Floo Call away. 🙂
