When it comes to Spanish food, one particular dish comes to mind–paella. The rich flavor in each casserole is enough to make anyone come back for more. And now, you can have this delectable dish with Kitchen Secrets. This catering service serves Spanish-Filipino food that you would surely not forget.
When I say this paella is good, I don’t just mean it’s tasty. I mean that it’s so good that us WIMterns were able to finish the entire thing in just a matter of minutes. And even after that, we were still looking for more. What we were able to try is their La Casa “House Special.” It’s their own version of the classic Valenciana paella. It’s made with chicken, pork, chorizo, and some of your favorite seafood like prawns, clams, and mussels. Yum!
This dish has everything you could look for in a paella, from the right amount of overall flavor to being able to taste each ingredient found in it. It might seem overwhelming for the dish to have this amount of ingredients, but Kitchen Secrets does great in balancing all the tastes found in it. Perfect for paella lovers anywhere!
But that’s not all Kitchen Secrets has. Being a Spanish-Filipino catering service, they, of course, have other food you can try. Aside from their paella, we were also able to try their lengua, Callos de Casa, and Pollo al Ajillo. It goes without saying that these were also up to par with their paella. Every bite of it was so delicious, that I even had to get another serving of each dish.

So if you’re looking to satisfy your Spanish food fix, or if you’re just looking for a catering service to host your next party, Kitchen Secrets is definitely the way to go. Their delicious food would not disappoint, and it might even be the star of your party.
