If there is food that we are obsessed with during the pandemic, it’s probably Nikita’s Pastries. We have been waiting for a chance to get our hands on these since they are always sold out. Luckily, we were able to get these delicious cheesecakes!
To make the most out of our order, we got a box of assorted cheesecakes. Flavours are blueberry, strawberry, oreo and leche flan or what they call lecheesecakes.
The cheesecakes are premium and all are made from scratch and freshly baked with the finest and natural ingredients.
Though it’s best to consume these cheesecakes chilled, we tried consuming them at room temperature and it was perfect. The strawberry and blueberry flavours are very refreshing and is a perfect snack in a hot summer afternoon. It is also perfect with some coffee or tea.
If you have little ones, they will surely enjoy the Oreo flavour. It is very decadent and has the perfect balance of sweetness.
These lecheesecakes are the star of the show and we are so happy that we got 4pcs of that variant. Though you would think that this might be a little bit sweet, the ratio of leche flan and cheesecake is just right. The leche flan is also at the right consistency and is very creamy.
