This Filipino Food Month, Belmont Hotel Manila collaborates with John Sherwin Felix of Lokalpedia to highlight our native crops – as well as other overlooked, unexplored, and lesser-known Filipino ingredients – by incorporating them as the main ingredients of their dinner buffet spread!
