Following the conclusion of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games, TCL has successfully completed its first major milestone as a Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner. By integrating its latest display and smart technologies into the heart of the event, the company provided the primary visual infrastructure for the International Broadcast Center. This involved the deployment of over 330 television screens and 300 commercial units, ensuring media professionals could monitor and transmit every moment of the Games with exceptional detail to a global audience.

This technological support extended directly to the athletes within the Olympic Villages. TCL’s smart home appliances provided essential comfort, while optimized display systems powered the “Athlete Moment” initiative. This program facilitated more than 350 high-definition video connections, allowing competitors to share emotional milestones with their families in real-time. These efforts were central to the company’s “It’s Your Greatness” campaign, which emphasized the human stories and resilience behind the sporting achievements.

Beyond the official venues, TCL engaged the public through massive immersive installations across Milan, most notably the 500-square-meter Edelweiss Land at Piazza Duca d’Aosta. This exhibition attracted over 91,000 visitors, offering hands-on experiences with SQD Mini-LED televisions and RayNeo AR smart glasses. These activations, along with collaborative 3D murals in the city center, were praised by IOC President Kirsty Coventry for bringing fans and communities closer to the Olympic spirit through purposeful innovation.

TCL is now transitioning its focus to the Paralympic Winter Games, scheduled for March 6 to 15. The company will continue its support for six winter sports and cheer on Team TCL athletes, including Aline Rocha and Cristian Ribera. This ongoing commitment serves as a foundation for TCL’s long-term goal of using innovation to enhance how audiences worldwide watch and enjoy the Olympic and Paralympic Games for years to come.
