On August 12, New Heights, a podcast hosted by Taylor’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and his brother, Jason Kelce, teased that the American singer-songwriter has a big revelation.

“I wanted to show you something,” Taylor said while unveiling a mint green briefcase marked with the orange letters “TS.”
“This is my brand-new album, The Life of a Showgirl,” she gladly shared, prompting Jason to scream. Meanwhile, Travis enthusiastically said, “TS 12!”
Apart from this huge revelation on the NFL stars’ podcast, the album name was also announced on the superstar’s website at 12:12 AM.
The specific details, such as the release date, singles, tracklist, and album artwork, are yet to be revealed. Moreover, the official store page noted that pre-order copies of the album will begin shipping before “October 13, 2025,” which is only a tentative date. The official release will also be announced at a later date.
The Life of a Showgirl follows the release of the commercial hit The Tortured Poets Department, which came out in April 2024 while Taylor Swift was touring worldwide for the “Eras Tour.”
