LOOK: These Retired PNP Dogs Are Ready for Adoption

If you’re looking for a furry companion with a bit of a heroic past, the Philippine National Police–Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine (EOD/K9) Unit has 26 dogs ready for adoption. The retired pups were recently lined up at the EOD/K9 headquarters in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City.

These dogs have spent years working alongside their handlers, helping detect explosives and securing public spaces, transport hubs, and major events. Now, after years of service, they’re transitioning to a new chapter: life as pets.
