Also, a little Super tip: Make sure to start slow with Maca. Start with about 1/4 teaspoon a day. If you don’t feel dizzy (only happens when it’s too much too soon for first-timers), then you can start increasing to 1/2 teaspoon a day. Take 1 day breaks a day too (e.g. Sundays).
