It’s official: both Star Magic and Viva Artists Agency (VAA) have confirmed that Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto have broken up.

In a statement released on September 18, 2025, Star Magic said the two have “mutually decided to end their relationship.” They also asked the public to respect the decision and avoid spreading false narratives.
The message shared that the two are thankful to their fans and friends for all the love and support through the years.
Likewise, Viva said that “only information coming directly from Julia or Gerald should be gathered as accurate, as they are the primary parties involved.”
As of now, Gerald and Julia themselves haven’t released their own statements about the breakup. The announcement only came from their respective agencies.
Gerald and Julia’s relationship has always been a hot topic online, with many rooting for them since they first went public.
Naturally, news of their split has sparked a wave of reactions on social media—from heartbreak to well wishes for the two actors as they go their separate ways.
