Skinny Juicery: A Great Cleansing Diet for a Healthier You
With all of the yummy food available in the world, one can’t help but eat unhealthy foods sometimes. I, for one, am guilty of shoving unhealthy food down my throat. From pizza to cheeseburgers to soda floats – you name it! Let’s face it, though: we’re not getting any younger. So, if you want to spend more time with my family and friends and enjoy life more, it’s time to start living healthier. And what better way to do that than to start a healthier lifestyle by flushing out the junk in your system with The Skinny Juicery?
Skinnery Juicery Cleansing Diet
The Skinny Juicery is an online store that dreams of a healthier community; thus, they started creating their own healthy juice mix that helps both veggie lovers and non-veggie lovers get healthier bodies. The Skinny Juicery offers three different cleansing diet programs for the three different types of juicers: the beginners, the experienced, and the pros. Since I have tried cleansing diet programs before, I went for the 2-day program of The Skinny Juicery.
The Skinny Juicery has four different types of juices: Greens, Citrus, Roots, and my favorite, Hello Skinnies.
Left – Skinny Green: Made up of kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, cucumber, celery, apple, and lemon. I prepared a huge glass of water in case I couldn’t hold this mean green down. See, I am not a fan of vegetables. Sure, I eat some from time to time – the mushrooms on my pizza, six pieces of broccoli MAX… you get my point – so I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the Skinny Green and actually loved it. This juice is very light and you can even taste am aftertaste of lemon.
Right – Green Detox : This drink is totally refreshing, thanks to the ginger in it. Although this is a veggie juice, it doesn’t really feel like it because of the apples, lemons and pineapples in it.
Left – Green Lemonade: I’ve always been a fan of lemonade, so I was very excited to try The Skinny Juicery’s healthier version of it. Trust me when I say that it didn’t disappoint.
Right – Green Hopper: This baby is like a cross between the Skinny Green and the Green Detox. And when you put two awesome juices together, the product is undoubtedly yummy, as well.
Left- Palm Orange: Since I am not a huge fan of vegetables, I was actually looking forward to trying out the Citrus juices of the Skinny Juicery. Palm Orange is one of my favorite juices in this cleansing diet program. It’s a refreshing take on orange juice and I love how they added mint into it. So refreshing!
Right- Detox Lemonade: When I found out that this juice has cayenne in it, I was a bit hesitant to drink it at first. But as soon as I sipped this baby, that feeling vanished in an instant. Yes, it was that good.
Left- Ravishing Red: If I was scared of the green juices, I was hella scared of these red rubies. See, I’m not quite familiar with beets, but as soon as I sipped Ravishing Red, I was fine. It was pretty okay. The juice had a bitter feel to it, but it was tolerable.
Right- Heart Beet: Similar to that of the Ravishing Red, Heart Beet had a bitter feel to it, but the apple, lemon, and the pineapple’s fruity tastes were more dominant, making this drink extra yummy!
Left- Thrilla Vanilla: Now to my favorite part of the program. Thrilla Vanilla reminded me of healthy soy milk, but a thousand times better. I couldn’t stop gobbling this drink as soon as I sipped it. Love!
Right- Chocolait Almond: This one tasted like a healthier version of chocolate milk. Yum!
The Queen B (left) and the Queen A (right) are quite similar to Thrilla Vanilla and Chocolait Almond. The only difference is that these two have a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg in them.
