2026 is a big year for fitness races and one premier destination is Singapore. There are a number of runs and Hyrox that will be held in Singapore and many are flocking from all over the world to experience their world-class venues. Here’s a 4D3N itinerary sample if you are flying for a race this year!
Day 1
| 1:05PM-4:30PM | Travel from Manila to Singapore |
| 4:30PM-5:00PM | Travel from Airport to Ibis Hotel Bencoolen |
| 5:30PM-8:00PM | Explore Bugis Junction and Haji Lane, Dinner |
Traveling from Manila to Singapore will only take 3-4 hours and with this short flight time, you can make the most of your day. There’s a few direct flight schedules via Cebu Pacific and the earliest departure is at 5:55AM and with an arrival of 9:50AM, giving you an ample time to travel from the airport to your hotel and just in time for check-in. For us, we took the 1:05PM flight and arrived in Singapore at around 5:00PM.
We also had late lunch in the plane. You can pre-order the meals but there are also hot meals available on board. We personally loved the Teriyaki Chicken with Jasmine Rice and their new Milk Tea!
Upon arriving in Singapore, focus on settling into a central location that minimizes travel time. We personally booked Ibis Hotel Bencoolen as the location is optimal for going around and for the race day. The hotel has 3 MRT stations next door, 2 bus stops in front of the hotel and pick-up points nearby for the Singapore Marathon.
We still have half a day to spend for Day 1 so we decided to go around the neighborhood to shop, eat and discover what the area has to offer.
Day 2
| 8:00AM-10:00AM | Breakfast at the hotel |
| 10:00AM-11:00AM | Workout at the hotel gym/Shake out run |
| 11:00AM-12:00NN | Prepare to go out |
| 12:00NN-12:30PM | Travel from Hotel to Marina Bay Expo |
| 12:30PM-2:00PM | Marina Bay Expo Race Kit Pick-up |
| 2:00pm-3:30PM | Late Lunch |
| 3:330PM-5:00PM | Explore Marina Bay Sands |
| 5:00PM-5:30PM | Travel back to hotel |
| 5:30PM-7:00PM | Dinner |
| 7:3OPM | Bed time |
Our second day is pretty chill as we have to prep our body for our race the next day. The major activity this day is to pick up our race kits in Marina Bay Expo and we got to explore MBS in the same area. You can also opt to walk to Gardens by the Bay as there’s a walkway from MBS going there.
Day 3
| 3:00AM-3:30AM | Get ready for race day |
| 3:30AM-4:00AM | Travel from Hotel to F1 Circuit (starting line) |
| 4:00AM-4:30AM | Warm up and wait for gun start |
| 4:30AM-8:00AM | Race and hang out at race village |
| 8:00AM-9:00AM | Travel from race village to hotel |
| 9:00AM-10:00AM | Breakfast |
| 10:00AM-1:00PM | Rest and Recovery |
| 1:00PM-4:00PM | |
| 5:00PM-6PM | Dinner |
Race day is pretty chill because we wanted to make sure we don’t push ourselves after our race. So this is basically a free day.
Day 4
| 8:00AM-10:00AM | Breakfast at the Hotel and Check-out |
| 10:00AM-10:30AM | Travel to Jewel Changi |
| 10:30AM-11:30AM | Go around Jewel Changi |
| 12:00PM-12:45PM | |
| 1:00pm-3:00PM | |
| 3:00PM | Check-in for flight |
| 3:30PM-4:30PM | Go around Jewel Changi |
| 6:00PM Onwards | Flight from Singapore to Manila |
Since our flight is still at 6pm. We still have time to go around Singapore. We planned some “active recovery” at Jewel Changi. We booked a pilates class right in front of the vortex at the airport. There are also yoga classes if you would rather do that. Just make sure you book early because slots run out easily. Since there is duty-free shopping at Jewel, we also allowed some time for that before our flight back to manila.
