Each month, it has been my habit to attend Ms. Teresa Garcia‘s class for the simple reason that I have personally felt and witnessed how effective her workshops are. I’m her avid fan and a living testimonial of the fabulous work she has done over the years. If only  more people would open their minds and be aware on how to work on the energies they emit and understand its effect on their daily lives, I’m sure they too will take the time to attend workshops like this.
I would have to say that my overly hectic schedule these days is a product of those Sacred Activations workshops I’ve been attending. Clearing issues which no longer served me, opened space for more positive changes to occur. It’s not really an overnight thing for one has to make a conscious effort to learn and religiously attend to gain more knowledge and for Ms. Teresa to be able to work on you and give you advice of course.
For me, each class with Ms Teresa is an opportunity  to relax, reflect and have quality “me” time… something which I don’t get to enjoy much nowadays with my schedule.
