Real Estate Agent Brian Hughes wrote a tweet about BTS stating that they all “look like kids” and even questioned if Asian women were “even attracted to their own men.” Netizens quickly deemed the comment racist, and Brian received a huge backlash on Twitter. But it doesn’t stop there. His employer,ย Highline Residential, parted ways with Brian due to the comment made.
They wrote:
We want to apologize to everyone for the inappropriate tweet sent by Brian Hughes. His comment does not at all reflect Highline’s values. We are proud to represent a diverse workforce and clientele. Our relationship with Brian has been terminated.
