Press Release: Razer Announces The Razer Blade Ultraportatable Gaming Laptop

When In Manila with the press release from Razer about the Razer Blade. No, this is no electric shaver but it is cutting edge technology. After a four day entourage, Razer made it’s debut on the PC market with the Razer Blade which Razer claims to be “The World’s First Gaming Laptop”. Why did Razer make such a claim? How is the Razer Blade different from all the gaming laptops out there!? Well, the Razer Blade is only less than inch thick, compared to Alienware or Asus that sports that oh so bulky look. This makes this laptop ultraportable, and if that doesn’t catch your attention then how about that unibody look that Apple notebooks sports oh so well. Not yet sold? Hopefully this closes the deal… You do remember the SwitchBlade concept right? You know the keyboard that switches icons depending on the game being played, well it has that UI embedded on it. Now, you just need to wait until Q4 until they release it in the US, probably along with the Razer Tiamat. Check on below for tech specs, press release and more pictures. Oh I almost forgot, the Razer Blade will cost you around $2,800, so you better save up if you are planning to have one. If you have any questions feel free to post a comment here or on facebook, hopefully I could answer some of them.
