Move over, Messenger and Facebook. Pokemon Go has dethroned you without breaking a sweat.
Barely 2 weeks in, Pokemon Go has not just become a part of every smartphone-holding Flipinoโs routine; it has sparked the need to walk around streets to visit Pokestops, compete in Pokegyms and of course, collect Pokemonsโand for what reason? To simply catch โem all.
The Pokemon Go phenomenon in the country is real and as entrepreneurs and marketers, we should see the potential in this craze and make the most out of it. Together with the help of advertising and marketing practitioners, I conducted research and case studies to formulate a holistic marketing campaign making use of the top app but hereโs the thingโitโs too damn expensive when it really shouldnโt be.
